“We love hop on hop off buses and feel it’s a great way to see lots of sites in a short amount of time. However, the one in Oslo really dropped the ball. I reached out to them first before posting a negative review - and was rejected any sort of refund. I have time stamped times photos - we waited for almost an hour for a bus to pick up… and ended up getting an uber to finish our day. Only rode to one stop. We tried calling (internationally) - messaging and never got through. When we finally did get to a spot to go woo to a person…”

“We were told we had to go to the cruise terminal to get a ticket. We got there and the driver didn’t have tickets just told us to get on. It was full so we wanted to wait for the next one but there’s only 1 bus. The route doesn’t match the map. And the driver calls out numbers that don’t match the location. Must be a new thing for Bergen as it’s not as good a service as in other cities.”
