“We had a wonderful day out with Luis as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and informative throughout. However if you are at the back of the minibus you have to really strain to hear everything he says above the noise of the engine. I don't know if a small microphone is possible? He took us to some amazing places with lovely views and photo opportunities which we really enjoyed. Some of these places were definitely challenging due to ice, the depth of the snow and the unevenness of the ground underneath, so just be aware of this and the need to dress appropriately! The beach area was especially beautiful…”

“We enjoyed a wonderful evening chasing the lights with Martin and Arlo. They explained everything clearly and took us to two different locations as it was very windy and cloudy at the first. We saw the lights at the second and had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy them. Then, on the way home, Martin suddenly announced that there was an ‘explosion’ in the sky. He found a safe place to stop and we were all able to capture the amazing spectacle. This flexibility and desire for us to enjoy the experience was fantastic! Wonderful reindeer sausages and hot tea too. We would 100% recommend.”

“This is tough to review as we had a decent time, but it is not what one would expect on a food and hidden gems tour. We visited 3 places, no beverages were included besides tap water and learned nothing of this great city. Even many of our questions (i.e. the significance of the tiger statue at the train station) could not be answered and no talk about the history of Norway/Oslo, the waterfront development, why they consistently rank as one of the happiest countries... There was also little discussion about the types of food we were eating.”

“The tour was very nice and we had a chance to see such beautiful scenery. We got the chance to explore areas of Oslo we wouldn’t have otherwise, and I was so surprised to see a waterfall in the city. My only regret was that we didn’t book our tour earlier. We got great recommendations on places to visit, but our flight was the next day.”

Tanya-Lisa also took us to the once a year market that wasn’t included on the itinerary. She is definitely a tour guide I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience in Oslo!”

Tromsø fjords and Arctic beaches with Sommarøy, Grotfjord viewpoints, campfire and warm Arctic food. Small group, thermo suits.

“Alba and Martin are very nice Tour Guides who told us many interesting things about norwegian and Sami Culture and the history of life around Tromsø. However, the Tour was not what we hoped for following the description. It‘s probably great for tourists staying in town without a rental car, but for people who are mobile and exploring the area on their own, too, it offered no ‚secret places‘ you can‘t find on your own (following the main roads). We saw no animals other than the reindeer beside the road which are there every day. The guides took no professional photos, as we expected from other ratings and the name…”
