However, the behavior of the bus driver, Julian, was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. After mistakenly opening the door while it was closed, I immediately apologized for the error. Despite this, Julian continued to berate and scold both me and my friend—who walks with a cane—treating us as though we were misbehaving children rather than paying customers.
